Kieron Pollard(Skipper Strikers):"We struggled with the bat in the last game, but this time we did better. We must support the bowlers. After we lost last night, we discussed how we could have handled the ball better, and today the bowler intervened. There is no relaxation in the quick format of the tournament."
Akeal Hosein: "This wicket had a lot of grass, so I wasn't expecting it to spin, but it did. I strive to carry out the line and length of my game plan. We have a capable leader, and we discuss strategies. Although it is extremely stressful for bowlers, we must relish the challenge."
Akeal Hosein is the player of the match.
Jordan Thompson: "I think we were lucky today. There were moments in the game where we slumped. It was an average batting performance but we did really well with the ball and took early wickets which was crucial.
We will take confidence from today. Anything can happen in this format. We have a break tomorrow and we get back day after tomorrow. Having experienced players helped a lot as they can chip in during crucial moments like our experienced bowlers did a really good job today."
