13) Ripple effect on a water surface - Left Forearm
The cricketer added a new tattoo to his left arm. In a post shared by Aliens Tattoo, the studio he has worked with for years, the latest tattoo featured a circular design made up of multiple curved lines radiating from a central point, resembling a ripple effect on the surface of water after a drop falls into it.
The design is believed to represent how a small event or a person’s actions can create a much bigger impact.
12) New Lotus - Left Triceps and Shoulder
Hours before the start of the IPL 2026, Kohli flaunted a full-sleeve ‘Lotus’ tattoo on his left arm. According to the tattoo studio, Aliens Tattoo in Mumbai, the design symbolises Kohli’s journey.
“It reflects the transformation he has gone through, what he has moved beyond, what he has arrived at, and the direction he continues to move in. At every inflexion point in his life, he has shed parts of who he once was, through discipline, through focus, through an unwavering sense of belief.”

11) Lord Shiva - Left Forearm
Tattooed on his left forearm is an image of Lord Shiva meditating on Mount Kailash, with Lake Mansarovar in the background. It further reflects his connection to spirituality.
10) Japanese Samurai - Left Upper Arm
Kohli has a prominent Japanese Samurai tattoo on his upper left arm, inspired by the traditional Bushido code of discipline and honour. Virat himself is the epitome of strength, discipline, and self-control, qualities associated with the Samurai tattoo design.

Metatron's Cube on the the right forearm, a cubic pattern and a form of spiritual symbolism. This tattoo has actually covered his previous tribal pattern tattoo, which was on the same area.

8) Peony Flower - Left Shoulder Sleeve
