That's all we have for the coverage of the match between West Indies Masters and England Masters.

I, Aditya Agarwal signing off on behalf of Zeeshan Naiyer and Anirudh Modi. BYE, CHEERS!!!
Chris Gayle (West Indies Masters Captain): "It is good to win. Smith and myself gave ourselves a good start but they came back pretty well. At the back-end Deonarine and Nurse helped us to 180 and that was enough to win.

It's good to back in the field, to see Lara and the guys once more. It brings back a lot of memories for us. Lara himself said it was good to grace the field with the Universe Boss. I need to give credit to my bowlers too, the pacers started well and Benn pegged them back.

It is good to see the master blaster, and we say him, we need to see him smash a few out there but he always says I've lost my muscles, haha. Good luck to my team, I have to leave due to unfortunate circumstances, I have not got a chance to meet the guys from the other teams. Hopefully I'll be back next year and we will have a better tournament."
Suleimann Benn (POTM) : "Yeah, after the first game, I wanted to do this and I am really happy with my performance. It is always fun to play with Chris (Gayle). I wanted to bowl tight lines and keep close near the stumps.

Yeah that is just the part of the game. (talking about his finger injury)."
Player of the Match: Suleimann Benn
Most Sixes of the Match: Chris Gayle
Time for the post match presentation ceremony..
Eoin Morgan (England Masters Captain): "I'm proud of the guys today when you bring the first game into perspective. There was a drastic improvement in our skill level. Our top order has not fired yet, but few contributions here and there pushed West Indies to the limit.

You have to commend the guys that came in and performed the way they did. The way the bowler's bowled on this ground was great, it is a batting paradise here at DY Patil. The loss of wickets in the middle hurt us in the end.

Given the nature of the wicket, I don't think I can criticize the death bowlers. The spinners were excellent and they brought great value in holding momentum but the execution at the back-end should be improved.

Our MVP has been the physio, haha. They are absolutely loving it and come the break, we will be ripe hopefully."
10:55 PM IST AND Local Time | A comprehensive performance by the West Indies Masters as they beat England Masters in a close game by a margin of 8 runs.

Earlier, England Masters won the toss and opted to bowl first. West Indies Masters got off to a respectable total of 179/6 on the back of Chris Gayle (39 off 19 balls) and Narsingh Deonarine ( 35* off 23 balls).

Monty Panesar and Chris Schofield bowled brilliantly for their side and the duo bagged 5 wickets amongst themselves.

Chasing 180, England Masters lost Ian Bell early with the score of 14 on the board. Phil Mustard and Eoin Morgan then combined for a brisk 34 run stand for the second wicket.

However, Rampaul came into the attack and removed both the set batters. Wickets kept felling at regular intervals. Pressure started to mount on the England batters.

Chris Tremlett and Stuart Meaker smashed some late lusty blows. However, the target was beyond their reach and as a result West Indies Masters won by a margin of 8 runs.

Sulieman Benn starred with the ball in hand as he bagged 2 wickets in his 4 overs and gave away just 11 runs. Stay tuned for the presentation!
