So, that is it, a comfortable victory for Brisbane Heat in the end. They wrap up an eight-wicket victory with ten balls to spare. A target of 143 was never going to be enough to defend against a strong side like Brisbane Heat and that is exactly what unfolded at the Karen Rolton Oval!
The dangerous Grace Harris fell early but Georgia Redmayne and Georgia Voll rebuilt the innings superbly. Heat made 42 runs in the Powerplay while the pair continued to move smoothly until the tenth over when Hannah Darlington bowled Voll with a beautiful slower delivery. In came Mikalya Hinkley and she started to find the fence with ease which also helped Redmayne at the other end. The duo went onto stitch a match-winning 59-run partnership which definitely sealed the game in Heat's favour.
Off-spinner Deepti Sharma came back into the attack and removed Redmayne in the 16th over but Laura Kimmince showed off her power-game with a couple of lusty blows. With victory in sight, both Hinkley and Kimmince got out off Darlington's bowling but Anneke Bosch stroked the ball through fine-leg to get over the victory line

2 Bosch sits on the knee and paddles it down to fine leg for a couple. And that's it. An easy win at the end for the Heat as they chase 144 runs with five wickets, 10 balls to spare.

0 Drops short and drift it away from Bosch who cuts it to extra cover.
