She made her ODI debut on July 15th, 2021 in a miserable defeat at the hands of Pakistan Women.
The 24-year old batter came into the limelight when she outscored the superstars, Deandra Dottin and Kycia Knight in the limited-overs series against South Africa in September 2021. Hailed as an outstanding cricketer by the legendary Courtney Walsh, Rashada is on the verge of breaking into the first team and would be looking to back it up with some impressive performances.
