A fast bowler from the village of Naichanpur in West Bengal, Ashok Dinda is capable of generating a lot of pace and bounce off the surface with his quick arm action. Dinda’s stellar show in the domestic circuit earned him the India cap in 2012. He started his IPL journey in 2008 as a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders squad and was with the franchise for three seasons, before being signed by the Delhi Daredevils in 2011. Later the Delhi franchise traded him to Pune Warriors India before IPL 2012 and he was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL Player Auction 2014. Dinda was inducted into the Rising Pune Supergiants squad in the IPL Player Auction 2016. After a quiet last season, the Supergiants will look forward to Dinda hitting his straps in VIVO IPL 2016.
