A promising English opener, Toby Albert is a professional cricketer for Hampshire who played a major role in the U-17s and Academy team in 2019 and earned a place in the second string side of Hampshire at the end of 2020.
Toby made his domestic T20 debut in the 2021 Vitality Blast, making his debut against Somerset in July 2021. The Berkshire-based batter made just two appearances in the T20 Blast but he has been a regular feature in the longer formats for Hampshire’s second XI.
Having been drafted in for the 2021 Abu Dhabi T10 League after ​​notching over 700 runs at an average of 52 in the Southern Premier Cricket League. The youngster was signed by Chennai Braves and would be hoping to showcase his class if given an opportunity.
