Disgusting. Despicable. Disgraceful. I don't know what is Gautam Gambhir's problem with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, why he is holding this prodigy back & hindering his progress? Just let him free. "Laxman trusts Vaibhav Sooryavanshi on tough swinging tracks in England and high-stakes Asian Games games, but Gambhir benches him when conditions get easier at home Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma have banked credit, but benching a 15-year-old phenom in prime form sends mixed signals. Are we backing stability or slowing down extraordinary talent?"- @yuvrajc36Indian Cricket 🏏 @Indiancric1cm When VVS Laxman was the coach, he used to select Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in the playing XI, but as soon as Gautam Gambhir took over as coach, he dropped Vaibhav from the team. #INDvsWI Oct 6, 2026, 6:37 PM "Wo Vaibhav Sooryavanshi ko nhi khilaenge but sanju Samson ke lagatar flop hone ke baad v khilate rhenge"- @deepakdarshilMukesh Naruka @MukeshNaruka3 What wrong with @GautamGambhir why he don't want to give Sooryavanshi Chance, Whenever GG is coach he don't like to play him, VVS gave proper chance to him. Ajay Jadeja @AjayJadeja171 Vaibhav Sooryavanshi dropped once again 🤨 Kya galti hai is baache ki? Scored 38(24) in SF vs SL Scorer 15(7) in Final vs PAK Koi bata sakta hai?🧐 Oct 6, 2026, 7:01 PM Manish Agarwal @iManishAgarwal No Vaibhav Sooryavanshi again? Seriously. Whats wrong with Team India Think Tank. Shubham Singhal @vanshik050613 When we have Sanju we played with gill now we have sooryavanshi we are playing with iyer why we selected always test and T20 batsman as a captain and play with his hyped few years very difficult to understand system in our country in every where so diminished approach we follow How did Sooryavanshi perform recently?Interestingly enough, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s turnout in the recently concluded Asian Games 2026 hasn't been optimal. Failing to live up to his reputation, Vaibhav scored only 15 and 38 from the two innings he played.Ahead of the Asian tournament, Sooryavanshi was a delight to watch in the India vs Zimbabwe series. Now, with Samson being a proven performer for the ICT, the management has decided to give him a chance with the bat, as he averaged 4.5 in the Asian Games. Expectedly, Vaibhav will get another shot in the latter half of the ongoing IND vs WI T20I series.ALSO READCameron Green Ruled Out Of SA vs AUS 1st Test
