South Africa are all set to lock horns with West Indies in the third and final SA vs WI T20I of the ongoing series at the Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, on January 31 at 9:30 pm (IST) to cap off their preparations for the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2026 in India and Sri Lanka.

Heading into the series, the hosts regrouped for the first time since the India tour, which ended in mid-December. In the meantime, the SA20 2025/26 season took place, where the players continued their preparations for the tournament and stayed in rhythm. On the other hand, the West Indies travelled to Dubai and lost a three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.

Ahead of the match on Saturday evening, the Proteas have sealed the series in the first two matches, successfully chasing 174 in Paarl and 222 in Centurion, thanks to a blistering century for Quinton de Kock, who had returned to international cricket a few months back.

While the West Indies batting order has fared well in the series so far, their bowling has lacked the edge and have failed to take wickets, resulting in the two losses. As they face off in Johannesburg, we take a look at the pitch and weather reports for the match below.
