More significantly, he was seen bleeding while walking off the field, leaving fans worried.Razaullah hurt his right hand’s middle finger on Day 5 of the PAK vs ENG 3rd Test. He called Pakistan’s physio immediately to check, and on camera, blood came out of the middle finger of his bowling hand.The 21-year-old felt the discomfort during the sixth over of England’s innings. He was bowling to Joe Root before taking a pause for a physio check-up.
