The 23-year-old claimed his maiden County Championship wicket when he dismissed Sam Whiteman shortly after the batter had reached his half-century. Suthar then removed the well-set William Luxton, who went on to score 167 runs, before adding George Hill to his tally.

County experience can help Manav Suthar and India

Manav Suthar's move to Warwickshire is an important opportunity in his young career. County cricket has helped several overseas players improve their games, and the Indian spinner will hope to gain valuable experience during his stay.
