Arun Karthik(Nellai Royal Kings Captain): " To be frank, hats off to the pitch curator, they made a very good pitch for the eliminator game. I think Madurai made really well, scoring 207 runs was not an easy task. In 4 overs they very 44 runs, the ball was so wet and the execution was so difficult.

 I think the way Sonu Yadav and  M Poiyamozhi bowled was pretty good. In the pre-season camp, Mohan Prasath bowled the over in the same situation, he bowled wide yorkers brilliantly so I thought of giving him the final over."
C Hari Nishaanth (Siechem Madurai Panthers Captain): "We conceded a little too much, and there was dew in the end overs as well. But it would have been better if we had bowled a few good balls in the death overs. It seemed like limiting them to 180-185 would have been a good idea. During the inning break, I simply informed the team that the opposite dugout or the owner's sofa should not be calm. I didn't have a particularly successful season with the bat. Loki was an excellent find this season. Maybe it would have been better if we had gotten off to a good start together."
Nidhish Rajagopal(Player of the Match): " My grandfather passed away last month, I have tattooed his name on my left hand, that's the reason I pointed towards it after scoring my half-century as he was the one who made me play cricket. Ajitesh was middling it very well, so I thought of taking just singles, M Ashwin bowled really well throughout his four overs. So I thought we should attack left-arm spinners."
