The North Delhi Strikers, despite such an entertaining batting line-up, lost their way completely halfway into their campaign and are out of playoff contention. The South Delhi Superstarz draw level on points with Purani Dilli-6 and Outer Delhi Warriors, and will be itching to climb to second or higher and seal a spot in Qualifier 1. (On his thoughts before walking in to bat) No thoughts as such, there was more than 200 to chase. Had to play positive cricket, and target the balls in my range.
(On what went through his mind after the first six overs of the first innings) It felt like they'd get past 300, but we were aiming to keep them under 220 and eventually kept them under 200. We bowled well after the first six overs.
