For now, that is it from myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Ninaad as we wrap up the coverage of this fixture. A note of thanks to our scorer, Manish Bishnoi as well.
Action continues at the ETPL with Edinburgh Castle Rockers taking on Amsterdam Flames followed by the clash between Belfast Wolves and Glasgow Cosmic on Sunday.
A fine win for the Glasgow Cosmic even though they have had a disappointing season overall. As far as the Dublin Guardians are concerned, their ill-discipline with bowling no-balls didn't help like skipper Ravichandran Ashwin alluded to.
George Munsey (Glasgow Cosmic Captain and Player of the Match): [on his performance] "It's been a bit frustrating trip for me but it's nice to contribute to a win.

[on the start of innings] They bowled really well throughout the innings and cut it to our batters there for trying to be as smart as possible with the breeze and taking down the right overs.

[on the partnership with Livingstone] He was very good out there, he was very clear. When you've got a short side and you got the breeze, the big side, you can really pick the bowlers that you want to go after and having someone like him at the other end settling you down is a massive help.

[was there a point where he had to go big] With the different ends and the way Livy plays and the way I play, they're very different. We waited for the right moment for ourselves to go, which ended up working well.

[on the discussion as captain] There's a lot of positives. It's been pretty frustrating because we've had a lot of good performances individually. But we haven't quite strung it along as a team. One thing I was really happy with today, I'm proud of, was the fact that it was multiple people putting their hands up today and winning that game for us. With the ball we were very good, in the field we were excellent and then again with the bat we were clinical.

[on ensuring to repeat this] Carry on the good stuff. There's been good stuff all the way throughout. Hopefully this gives us a formula to go back to, especially when the times get tough."
Player of the Match: George Munsey
Ravichandran Ashwin (Dublin Guardians Captain): "[Where did it go wrong?] The control, no-balls don't help. We should we able to rectify that. We have been culpable with that. It really changed the momentum. (Liam) Livingstone is a class player, (George) Munsey is experienced. That really cost us today.

[About the batting effort] Thought the par score was around 165-175, probably 10 more runs would have helped. I thought Vijay batted beautifully.

[Did you think about using Chris Greaves at any point?] When George (Dockrell) came out to bowl his second over, that is when I was thinking about it. But George bowled well and then I had to decide whether to bowl someone with not much experience with a short side and then I bowled my four overs, David (Willey) was also superb.

[Areas to improve] People have found ways to move themselves up. Quite honestly, we have lacked power with the bat. It makes the gap look wider when the bowlers are doing the job and then the batters are not able to close out matches."
