For now, this is Pritam Dey signing off along with scorer/analyst Paras Yadav & statistician Aman as we brought all the updates of this clash. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world. BYE BYE👋
Highest team scores after being 4 down for less than 50 in WPL:

43/4 to 182/7 - RCB Women vs GG Women, Mumbai Navi Mumbai, 2026 (Tonight)*

43/4 to 155 all-out - RCB Women vs MI Women, Brabourne, 2023

33/4 to 145 all-out - DC Women vs MI Women, Mumbai DYP, 2026

16/4 to 144/5 - UPW Women vs GG Women, Delhi, 2024

- The previous three such occasions all ended in defeats, making tonight’s one the only one which ended in a win.
Trivia: There have been 20 instances in the WPL where teams have lost their first four wickets for 50 runs or fewer. Remarkably, only two of those occasions have ended in victories, and both belong to RCB Women. One came against MI Women in the 2024 Eliminator in Delhi, and the other has been achieved today.
Trivia: Aged 23y 169d, Shreyanka Patil is the youngest to get a 5-wicket haul in WPL.
Radha Yadav (Player of the Match): "Enjoyed it a lot. The conversation which I had with Richa was really crucial. It was not easy to deal that situation as we were four down. I will give her full credit as she gave me a lot of confidence. She just told me to be calm, take my time in the middle and play your natural game.

(On her favourite shot tonight) I think the first ball. I middled the first ball which gave me a lot of confidence. I have played this role for my state and India A but played it for the first time in WPL, so I was a bit nervous but enjoyed it.

I have worked a lot with the coach on my power hitting. Credit goes to him as well.

One more thing I want to say. Shreyu (Shreyanka) bowled brilliantly. It's not easy to bowl in such conditions where there is so much of dew. So, I want to share this award with her."
Player of the Match: Radha Yadav
Smriti Mandhana (Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women Captain): "Yeah, it was a good evening for us. The partnership between Radha & Richa was something really special for us. And then Shrey (Shreyanka) coming in and picking up those crucial wickets was also key for us. Overall the whole team performed really well for us today.

(On promoting Radha Yadav up the order) Well, she has always played that role for her state Baroda and also for India A. We knew that she always bats at that order. She was known as a finisher but we wanted her to play that role. When we lost Pooja for the first 4-5 matches where we thought of her pre-auction. Then, the easiest decision was to play Radha in that position. When you do that, they come good for the team.

(On the target) Well, with DY Patil and the dew, you don't know what's a good total to defend. We have two quality seamers and we have two quality left-arm spinners too and also a brilliant off spinner. When you have so much variety in the team, it's always easy for a captain but then with DY Patil you never know.

(Areas of improvement) Well we definitely dropped two catches today and both were sitters. We really rate our side really highly in terms of catching. We have some top quality fielders in the team. I don't think in terms of other ways there is something which we need to work on. There are a lot of areas which we still need to work on."
Most Dot balls in the Match: Shreyanka Patil (14 dots)
Most Sixes of the Match: Radha Yadav (3 sixes)
Best Catch of the Match: Shivani Singh
