That's it from this game! Join us later in the day as the T20 World Cup Final awaits, along with more cricketing action from around the world!

Until then, this is Anirudh Modi, signing off along with my colleagues Deepak Prakash and Dushyant Kumar! See you at the next one!
Amelia Kerr (New Zealand Women Captain): "(On the performance today) You wanna win games of cricket and win the series, tournaments for your country, so that's pretty pleasing.

(On team performance) It's a cool thing about this team, if someone misses out, someone else steps up. We saw Brooke the other day, and Maddy today.

(On the upcoming game) Think you want to stay true to yourself, we are New Zealand, and we want to win all games. We want to keep winning and put in good performances."
Nomvelo Sibanda (Zimbabwe Women Captain): "(On the game) A very disappointing day, we kept losing wickets and failed to keep the momentum going.

(On fielding performance today) We are adapting to the conditions and trying to tick all the boxes.

(On Kelis' injury) It was really challenging to see her like that. She is recovering, and that's good news.

(On work ahead) It's about staying positive and working on our mental fitness behind closed doors."
Amelia Kerr (Player of the Match): "(On her performance) Nice to get the result, and nice that we managed to finish the game before the rain comes. (On conditions) The pitch turned a little bit, and with the wind, I got some drift as well. The conditions were in my favour, and nice to get those wickets.

(On her batting) Any batter wants to finish the job, but we keep talking about it internally, and nice to see Maddy finish the game.

(On reflections) You look at those things after the career is done, and a day I will be proud to look back on."

7:21 AM IST, 2:51 PM Local Time | New Zealand Women complete the rout! A comprehensive victory by 8 wickets over Zimbabwe Women to seal the win and the series! They lead 2-0!

New Zealand Women won the toss and elected to bowl first! Led by skipper Amelia Kerr's record-breaking 7/34 from 9.1 overs, and supported by Molly Penfold's 3/17 from 4 overs, New Zealand Women bundled out Zimbabwe Women for a total of 102 runs in just 29.1 overs!

Modester Mupachikwa was the top scorer for Zimbabwe Women with 32 runs off 51 balls, and a freak concussion injury to Kelis Ndlovu meant she was retired hurt at 12 runs. Apart from them, only 2 other batters crossed the 10-run mark in the innings.

Come the chase, the New Zealand Women were only battling the weather. Izzy Gaze set the tone early with an aggressive start to score 20 runs off 22 balls before Audrey Mazvishays found her timber to break the opening partnership.

Amelia Kerr had an excellent outing with the bat as well, as she turned on the heat to score 45 runs off 40 balls to bring her team to the brink of victory, but lost her wicket to Chatonzwa with only 20 runs left to chase.

Maddy Green (27)* and Brooke Halliday (7)* saw out the rest of the chase and ensured New Zealand Women beat the Zimbabwean total before drinks in the second innings!

All in all, a dominant performance from the White Ferns, and they will look to repeat this in the third and final ODI. A day of learnings for the Zimbabweans, who will go back to the drawing board, and hope to put in a better performance in the next game.
