A ridiculous run chase for Australia as they make the total look way smaller than it was and chase it comfortably. A 1-0 lead for the visitors in the three-match series. That will be it from our coverage today. Ninaad Dixit here, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator, AkshayaKrishna Polya, scorer Yogesh Kumar and statistician Aman. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world, with the Trans-Tasman rivalry continuing in the ongoing Women's World Cup.

Mitchell Marsh (Australia Captain): "I am a bowl first captain. I think we've bowled first in 15 of the last 16 games so far.
We started well. The most pleasing thing is the way we handled the wind; we had a good crack. We were really lucky.
(On his advice to the bowling group) Keep it simple. Defend the big side of the boundary. Back your plans.
We have been playing some good cricket. There is a T20 World Cup coming up. We want to find our own formula."
Michael Bracewell (New Zealand Captain): "We were well behind in the powerplay in both innings. We did well in the batting unit to put a good total on the board but Travis and Mitch took the game away for us and we were fighting for momentum after that.
That's T20 cricket. Sometimes a mishit goes straight up in the air but that's a different story. We will take positives from today. Partnerships in the middle overs were particularly impressive and we managed to get ourselves back in the game. We can learn a lot from today and maybe put into practice in a couple of days time.
[On Robinson] Tim played beautifully. When a team loses 3 wickets early you usually take a backward step but he took forward steps and took the game on which we want to see but we were probably one wicket too many down. We got to a competitive total but needed a few more the way that they batted.
We were there and thereabouts with the ball in the powerplay, it's about execution. A couple of balls slipped out of the hands and that is cricket. We will certainly try to tighten things a little bit.
[Quick turnaround] It's a good thing. We will just go out there and put our best foot forward."
Mitchell Marsh (POTM): "Tonight it was a lot of fun. It was important to start a three-match series with a win.
Anything I feel is more pressure with Travis Head (chuckles). Head and I have a great relationship off the field, and tonight was a lot of fun with him.
The way we play, it happened organically. We have a long power in the batting line-up. I just want to keep it going. As I said, it was nice to contribute."
