That brings an end to our coverage of this game. The third and final game of this series will be played tomorrow. Do join us for that. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash, scorer Bishal Mandal and statistician Arjun Bhalla. Bye bye.
STAT ATTACK: West Indiesâ 83 all out marks the lowest total ever by a full-member team against an associate nation in menâs T20Is, breaking the previous record of 88 set by England against the Netherlands in the 2014 T20 World Cup. Nepalâs 90-run victory is now the largest winning margin by an associate team over a full-member nation in menâs T20Is, surpassing Afghanistanâs 81-run win over Zimbabwe in 2016.
Rohit Paudel (Nepal Captain): "To be honest, we are very happy. It took a long time to win a game against a Test playing nation. Two days later, to win the series, it's great. We are really happy.
It's important. The way Jora and Aasif played, it was good. Jora came in and played aggressively. It helped Aasif. We have improved a lot today. In the bowling as well, the way we started in the powerplay.
We take pride in our fielding. Last 10-15 years, there is a history that Nepal carries good fielding. We take pride in it and work hard. The credit goes to the boys.
It was an important series for us to showcase our skills in front of the world. To show to the world that Nepal also belongs here. We want to continue it and want to play more series with Test playing nations and want to improve.
We want to finish on a high note. It's an opportunity for us and the motivation is there to clean-sweep the series. If we win tomorrow, we will carry the momentum into the Qualifiers, which is very important for us. Hopefully, we will win the Qualifiers and qualify for the World Cup."
Aasif Sheikh (Player of the Match): "Looking at the wicket, we thought it was 160-170 wicket. Build the partnership and we did well in the powerplay.
The credit should be given to Jora for the way he played. We had a good partnership. We know that they can finish off very well. We just wanted to hit every ball.
It's already a bigger achievement for us. We want to finish the series on a winning note and win the series 3-0.
Cricket means festival for Nepal. I want to thank all the Nepalese who have come to support us. They come everywhere and support us."

Akeal Hosein (West Indies Captain): "Coming up against an opposition that has been together for four or five years, youâre definitely going to have your work cut out. These guys know their players inside out. Theyâve played in multiple situations. Even though people may think theyâre a small team, when you come up against a side that is so well-knit, you know you have to play really well.
I mean, coming on this tour, our name speaks for itselfâWest Indies. You know, when you come up against Nepal, everyone might think itâs a walkover. But with that said, I think once you cross that line, thatâs when the real cricket begins. Itâs not about names, and itâs not about past stats. Itâs about what you do on the field, how you read the conditions, how you adapt to the situation, and how you play the game.
I thought it was okay. With that being said, they played one or two good shotsâkudos to their batters who got some runs. But personally, I would have liked to have been a little more economical.
When youâre chasing 174 or 175, you definitely have your work cut out in the powerplay. You have to set a solid foundation. Coming out of the powerplay at 16 for 2, youâre way behind the eight ballâyouâre asking your batters to do magical things. On these kinds of surfaces and tracks, where the bounce isnât true, itâs always going to be difficult. As I said, kudos to the bowlersâthey know these conditions inside out and exploited them very well.
For us, itâs really about understanding quickly that this is international cricket. I told the boys after the last gameâand I mean no disrespect to the oppositionâbut if youâre trying to benchmark yourself at the international level and you canât handle these situations and challenges, then you really need to sit back, look in the mirror, and ask yourself: Are you truly international material? Are you putting in the work to be at this level, challenge yourself, and succeed?"
Time for the post-match presentation...
