So that will be it. Though the Vipers are now sitting pretty at the top, the Points Table is getting tighter in the middle and things will get more interesting as we go deep into the season. Thanks for joining us. We will back tomorrow for Game no.16 of the season. This is Sumeet Mate, Arjun Bhalla & scorer/analyst Ashok Dayma taking your leave. Good Night, Shubh Ratri !! Sleep well !!
Mohammad Amir (Player of the Match): "Look as a new-ball bowler, the first thing you do is to get to get swing off it. If you are getting the swing, so you need to stick (with your lines and lengths) for as much (time) as you can. I always believe that you need to bowl according to the wicket, and the wicket was defending to bowl in a certain way. I was just hitting the right areas. As a bowler, you need to adapt as quickly as possible, and I just did that.
(About the Pushpa celebration after Johnson Charles' wicket) Last week, I watched the movie (Pushpa 2), so that celebration came from there.
If you talk about our bowling unit, we have a complete bowling unit - Lockie (Ferguson), Sam (Curran) and me. Then there is Luke Wood, who is resting, and we also have David Payne. (Wanindu) Hasaranga is a world-class bowler. We are performing well as a bowling team."

Lockie Ferguson (Desert Vipers Captain): "Not ideal (injury). A bit of spray on the ligament. Let’s see how it progresses. I think in the last game, we lacked in all 3 areas a bit. But today it was a superb display especially from the Bowlers. In T20s you always have some days off, and it’s important to stay unperturbed.
Tim Southee (Sharjah Warriorz Captain): "It feels bad when you're 5 for 30 (while batting), but the beauty of the game is - you dust yourself off and stand up again. We have a game against the same opposition in a couple of days.
We have a couple of days off to regroup ourselves. We have a good bunch of guys and a pretty liberal changing room. T20 Cricket is like this, each time you look to improve.
You try to get something on the board (after losing five early wickets), and you try to pick early wickets when you have 90-odd runs on the board. But they have a couple of dangerous batters, and they got them off a flyer. We were done after that."

Time for post match Presentation
10:37 PM IST and 9:07 PM Local Time | That's it. Desert Vipers have bagged a huge 10-wicket victory as they have got over the line with 10 overs to go! Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Amir and Wanindu Hasaranga were the heroes of the night as the Sharjah Warriorz got thrashed in Dubai.
Fakhar Zaman absolutely dominated the chase as he was untroubled throughout the innings. Alex Hales just had the support role to play, and he played it well. The Warriorz Bowlers didn't have a good start with the ball, and with such a small total to defend, it was always going to be tough to put up a fight.
So early in the day, the Vipers did a superb job with the ball, as their Bowlers wrapped up the Warriorz innings under 100 runs. It all started with Mohammad Amir, as he set the game up beautifully in the Power-play picking up 3 wickets. The Warriorz ended the Power-play with just 29 on the board having lost 4 wickets. From there on, there was no coming back as they lost wickets at regular intervals.
Wanindu Hasaranga took over the job post powerplay as he grabbed 3 wickets ending his spell with impressive figures of 4 overs 10 runs for 3 wickets. There was a bit of a partnership towards the end as Jason Roy and Harmeet Singh batted for a bit and got the Warriorz up to 91 in the end from 45/7.
