Earlier in the afternoon, skipper Rovman Powell led from the front as he notched a brilliant half-century to take his side to a fighting score. He was well-aided by James Vince and Tim David.
The Delhi bowlers used the conditions to their advantage as they got the cherry to tail in the air and off the deck. The Ajman batters never settled in front of Delhi's pace battery. Shahid Bhutta was the main architect in the chase as he snapped three wickets, while Salman Irshad got two and Fazalhaq Farooqui took a wicket.
In the end, Gulbadin Naib tried his hand and scored 22 off 14, along with Chamika Karunaratne's 11 off 3, for the Net Run Rate. However, the Bulls muscled them by 35 runs.
