So, that also brings a wrap to our coverage of this game between Team Abu Dhabi and UP Nawabs. For now, this is me Hiren Kumar signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash and scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. CHEERS!!
Phil Salt (Team Abu Dhabi Captain): "I think, once again, it’s exactly what I mentioned after the last game. The most impressive thing is the discipline we’ve shown with the ball, consistently hitting those lengths. Every time we strayed from that, even if it was just for one ball, we got punished. So, if we stick to what we do best and keep hammering the right lengths, we have the perfect attack for these conditions.
We know that teams are going to keep coming hard at us. I don’t think the wickets will stay like this throughout the competition. At some point, they’re likely to become a bit more batter-friendly. We’re under no illusions about the strength of the competition; we know how tough it’s going to be."
Mark Adair (Player of the Match):"Probably the bowlers from the other end helped me. It is brilliant. The team is brilliant as well and i am enjoying my time here. I just try to bowl my best ball every time. I just got 12 balls and sometimes it goes well and sometimes not. The captain is brilliant and its been good time with him."
