So, that also brings a wrap to our coverage of this game between Hampshire and Rangpur Riders. For now, this is me, Arjun Bhalla, signing off on behalf of myself and my colleagues Aditya and Yogesh Kumar. CHEERS!
Chris Wood (Hampshire Captain): "Yeah, wow. It was a rollercoaster of a game. For the first 12 overs (of the chase), but we came back strongly. One thing that you will see on this side will be that we will never leave out in any game.

The bowlers brought us back in the latter half of the innings. The key to success here was bowling back of a length and attacking the stumps.

I think games would get harder from here on, but our preparations are on point. Benny Howell would be available from next game, so I think we will have one more bowling option. See, Shan Masood was sensational today. You need one batter who takes it deep in the game."
Nurul Hasan (Rangpur Riders Captain) : "It is really disappointing for us. We should have won the game.

Zak bowled really well and got us the upper hand in the first innings. I think few runouts here and there and some dot balls cost us the match.

The wicket is a bit of tricky and the ball comes slower on the bat. It is a tough pitch to bat on."
Shan Masood ( POTM): "Firstly, I would give the credit to James Fuller who did great with bat as well as bowl. It was a team effort as well and Liam finished it for us.

We thought 135 was above par, we fell short of 5-10 runs in the latter part of innings. But still our bowlers got us into the game and credit goes to the game.

Sometimes, you need to rotate the strike and then play some odd big shots and I am happy that it paid off well today."

Time for the presentations.
8:25 AM IST and 10:55 PM Local | Hampshire have somehow found a way to win this cliffhanger game against Rangpur Riders. The English side has won this game in the Super Over as Liam Dawson’s sixer on the penultimate ball has taken the team home in Guyana.

The Rangpur Riders got a brisk start to their innings, with Steven Taylor and Soumya Sarkar adding 46 runs for the opening stand (off just 4.3 overs).

However, the introduction of spin worked like a charm for the English side. Liam Dawson, Danny Briggs and Felix Organ squeezed the run rate as the scoring rate crept in the middle overs. After which, the seamer - who took smoked for runs with the new ball - came back strongly to control the game in the death overs.

Captain Chris Wood and James Fuller bowled their hearts out in the last two overs of the second innings, saving 10 runs off 12 balls and taking the game to the Super Over.

In the Super Over, Khushdil Shah's power-hitting took RGR to 12 runs in their allotted quota. However, another twist awaited the Riders, as James Fuller and Liam Dawson's impeccable sixes on the match's first and fifth (last ball) took the Hampshire side home.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentation!!
