Have been playing continuosly and now will get a break tomorrow. Need it. I think we were hard done by and that helps us a lot. We will make changes in the playing XI and make a few alterations here and there. The rest will rejuvenate us a bit. I think we will send some people up the order. We hope to bounce back in the next game."

Here is the complete review of the match. After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Akash Yadav and Aman Deep Singh opened the innings for Lucknow Lions. Aman was dismissed for just 6 from 5 balls. Akash Yadav played a super knock and and remained unbeaten on 169* from 39 balls. He was well assisted by Deepak Kumar Meena who made 49 from 14 balls. They managed to score 240/2 in 10 overs. For Punjab Veers, Arshad and Nitin Saini were the only wicket takers in the innings. No other bowler could trouble any of the batters of Lucknow Lions. Chasing a massive target of 241 on the board, Rahul Bisht and Anuj Nagar opened the innings for Punjab Veers. Rahul was dismissed for a duck on the first ball of the innings. Anuj managed to score 55 from 22 balls. Nikhil Badeja also played a brilliant innings of 56 from 17 balls. Vishal Choudhary added 24 from 5 balls. For Lucknow Lions, Jay Dudhane was the pick of the bowlers who took 3/12 in 2 overs. Deepak Kumar Meena, Harpal Saikia and Anurag Dwivedi took one wicket each in the innings.
