Player of the Match: Jacob Bethell
12:48 AM IST, 20:18 Local Time: Warwickshire staged a solid comeback from their early setbacks and thump Worcestershire by 5 wickets and 13 balls to spare.

Earlier, After being invited to bat first, Worcestershire lost Kashif Ali (8), Ed Pollock (21), and Josh Cobb (13) inside the powerplay. Gareth Roderick (20) and Adam Hose (17) tried to build a partnership but failed to settle for a long. The Rapids lost a flurry of wickets in the second half of the innings but Rob Jones (26*) and Tom Taylor (21*) played a valuable knock, adding an unbeaten 44 runs for the eighth wicket and helping the Rapids cross the 150-run mark.

Danny Briggs bagged a couple of wickets for Warwickshire, while Michael Booth, Dan Mousley, Craig Miles, Jake Lintott, and Jacob Bethell shared a wicket apiece.

In pursuit of 155 runs, the Bears got off to a shaky start as they lost three wickets in the blink of an eye, reeling at 7/3 in the second over. However,
Sam Hain and Jacob Bethell steadied the sinking ship and took their time to settle on the crease. Once the pair got settled on the crease, they started ticking the scoreboard at a decent pace. In the process, both notched up their fifties and added 148 runs for the third wicket. Hain departed for 76 runs when his team needed only one run and Chris Benjamin followed him on the very next ball as the Bears lost two back-to-back wickets in the 18th over of the innings. However, George Garton finished the game with a boundary on the penultimate ball of the 18th over. Bethell remained unbeaten on 71 runs off 45 balls.

Tom Taylor bagged a couple of wickets for the Rapids, while Nathan Smith chipped in with ac couple of wickets.
17.5 T Taylor to G Garton
4 FOUR! That's it! Warwickshire win by 5 wickets and 13 balls to spare. Full-length delivery around off. Garton drives it through sweeper cover and the ball trickles away for a boundary.
George Garton walks out to bat next. Taylor is on a hat-trick.

17.4 T Taylor to C Benjamin
W BOWLED'EM! Taylor is on a hat-trick! Much full and at the stumps. Benjamin looks to ease it down the ground but fails to get underneath the ball properly as the ball sneaks past the under edge of the bat and rattles the timber.
