Anya Shrubsole (Southern Brave Women Skipper): "Lots of emotions. Losing the toss and winning the game is the secret to success. Really proud of the girls. We have been playing great cricket for the past three years and will be special to finally lift the trophy. To not have lifted the trophy was hard to take but we have delivered today. We have had different group actually. We lost a few players and that’s what makes me proud. Sophia Dunkley, and Amanda-Jade Wellington weren’t part of the squad and the girls stepped up and delivered on the big stage."

Danielle Wyatt (Hero of the Match): "Absolutely buzzing to get a win here at Lord's and can't give a fitting farewell to Anya. When I was batting, we had to stick around and build a partnership and Freya was brilliant at the back end of the innings. It's like the icing on the cake. She has been playing for around 20 years and it is really a great feeling. A lot of green here and thanks to all the fans for coming out and supporting Southern Brave."
