A dashing middle-order batsman, William McClintock is a professional Irish cricketer who is primarily a white-ball player. A product of the North-West Warriors, he is a bright upcoming youngster and a prominent figure in the limited-overs format.
McClintock made his domestic debut at the age of 20 for North-West Warriors in the Inter-Provincial Limited Overs Cup against Leinster Lightning. Having yet to make his debut in international colours, he was recently added to the limited-overs squad against the Proteas in July 2021.
Still, just 24, the dasher along with his twin brother Gary had won five senior medals by the time he turned 19. Undoubtedly a special talent, McClintock is a special talent and the cleanest hitter of the white ball and would be hoping to play his own brand of cricket in the Green jersey.
