Born in Perth, Australia, Cullen had trials with both Leicestershire and Glamorgan, and the batter decided to secure a contract with the latter.
Cullen played an important role in Glamorganās promotion push in the 2019 season, where he slammed four-half centuries and took 29 catches in nine matches.
A doughty wicket-keeper, Cullen is currently the understudy to first-choice keeper Chris Cooke. Cullen is a good player towards the on-side and has a great eye to find singles at will.
