A right-arm medium-pace bowler, Rejaur Rahman Raja is a Bangladeshi professional cricketer who was recently selected in the Bangladesh Test squad.
He is a canny bowler and has an ample amount of variations to deceive any batter. Raja made his List-A debut for Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club during the 2018-19 domestic season. The speedster picked up just a solitary wicket in the match but was impressive with his line and lengths.
In February 2021, Raja was selected in the Bangladesh Emerging squad for their series against Ireland Wolves.
More good news came calling for the youngster. He was a surprise callup in the Bangladesh Test squad for their series against the visiting Pakistan side,
The Test series should provide a great platform for the pacer to stamp his authority in red-ball cricket. Raja won’t find it easy, but he has the necessary skills to succeed at the highest level.
