Among Afghanistan’s new generation of talented batters, Rahmatullah Zadran has emerged as one of the most consistent performers in the domestic circuit. Born in 2002, the right-handed batter has impressed with his temperament, shot selection, and ability to play long innings, marking him as a player for the future.
Zadran made his senior cricket debut as a teenager, making his first-class debut in March 2018. Since then, he has steadily built his reputation through solid performances across formats. Zadran's List A debut came in October 2021, while his T20 debut came a year before.
