A talented left-arm medium pacer, Komal Ravindra Zanzad forms an integral part of Vidarbha's bowling unit in the domestic circuit.
Komal came into the limelight by grabbing nine wickets and conceding only eight runs in a 2018-19 Senior Women's One-Day match, which helped her to find a place in the India Red team for the 2018-19 Senior Women's Challenger Trophy.
After her impressive performances for Board President's XI against England, the Nagpur-born was called into the Indian side in February 2019 for the T20I series against Three Lionesses.
The 2022-23 edition of the Senior Women's T20 Trophy witnessed the 31-year-old finishing with 10 wickets, which is the most by any bowler. In this pursuit, she registered her best figures of 4-0-4-4.
With a super command over swing, Komal was bought for INR 25 Lakhs by Royal Challengers Bangalore for the inaugural edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL).
