Ben Charlesworth is an English batting all-rounder who has steadily risen through the ranks with Gloucestershire since making his first-class debut as a teenager in the 2018 County Championship. A composed left-handed batter with a fluent, technically sound game, Charlesworth has built a reputation as one of Gloucestershire’s most reliable young performers.

Charlesworth made his List A debut in 2019 against Australia A and soon after became a regular feature in England’s youth setup. He represented England in the U19 tri-series in the Caribbean before being named in the squad for the 2020 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, further showcasing his potential on the global stage.

His breakthrough domestic season arrived in 2024, when he struck a superb career-best 210 against Leicestershire and finished the County Championship with 723 runs at an average of 48.20. In 2025, Charlesworth adds a new chapter to his career as he joins the Kathmandu Gorkhas as their overseas signing for the Nepal Premier League.
