A stylish right-handed wicket-keeper batter, Baxter Holt is an Australian cricketer who has made quite a name for himself at the U-19 level.
Born Carlingford, New South Wales, Holt rose through ranks for Australia and has also represented New South Wales at the U-23 level.
Ahead of the 2018-19 Big Bash League season, Holt was roped in by the Sydney Thunder. He made his T20 debut for the Thunder against Renegades on January 30, 2019. In his very first match, Holt left a positive impression as he scored a quickfire 28-ball 37 and also took two blinders behind the stumps to sum up a dream debut.
Holt has been mentored by Alyssa Healy and has nurtured his game under her guidance. Still relatively raw at the moment, Holt has a long road ahead of him.
