Alex Evans is a Welsh/English cricketer who plays for Leicestershire. A right-arm medium-pace bowler, Evans has the express pace to trouble the best in the business.
Evans was sent to Loughborough MCCU for the 2019 domestic season and the youngster collected the Young Player of the Year Award towards the end of 2019 County season.
He eventually joined back Leicestershire in 2020 and was a crucial part of the second XI squad. The seamer took regular wickets for the foxes and became the backbone of their pace attack.
An exciting, young seamer, Evans is already the lead pacer for the Leicestershire second Xi squad. The time is near for him to make his first-team debut for the Foxes.
