Player Bio

At just 18, Charli Knott will be having her fourth Women’s Big Bash stint, first signing a Brisbane Heat contract in 2018-19 while still in High School. An all-rounder by all sorts, Knott is an upcoming teenager who has all the needed ingredients to become an Australian international cricketer.

Born in Hervey Bay, Knott has been representing her state - Queensland from her age-group levels. At just 15, was one of the youngest players ever to debut for the Queensland Fire in 2018. Later that season, the teenager signed a contract with the Heat, for two editions of WBBL.

In 2020, the franchise re-signed the young-gun to make her WBBL debut in 2020-21, playing six T20 games for the Heat. In between her maiden WBBL stint, Knott gave her High School exams from inside the WBBL Village.

Now in 2021, the young gun is a bit experienced and would be willing to grow and learn with the best in the world to up her game.
