Before facing Pakistan in the second T20I of the ongoing series, when Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa was asked about Babar Azam’s dismissal in the last match, his unbothered answer grabbed the attention. When he removed the star batter once again in the second T20I, Zampa went on to script a glorious milestone in his career.

Facing the Men in Green in the second T20I match in Lahore, Australia bowled first in the match. Adam Zampa came to bowl in the eighth over, and Babar Azam was on strike. The Pakistani star once again found it tough against the Aussie leg-spinner, as history repeated itself.

Zampa bowled a sharp delivery, and Babar attempted to push on the leg side. But fate took a fateful turn once again. Trapped in the crease, the Pakistani batter was adjudged LBW and had to walk back. With that dismissal, Zampa created history by removing Babar Azam for the fifth time, the most by any bowler in T20Is.

Now, Zampa stands alone above them all, rewriting the record books with a new level of domination.

The shortest format of the game has seen 10 faceoffs between two stars, and Adam Zampa has dismissed him five times, showcasing his domination. Against the leg-spinner, Babar’s average also stands at a mere 15.6, further highlighting Zampa’s control in the rivalry.

Lahore roars as Pakistan outclass Australia in a statement win

After a thrilling victory in the first T20I match, Pakistan entered the second match with sheer domination, and the world paused to witness their heroics. Despite early stumbles while batting first, the Men in Green roared back through exceptional knocks from Salman Agha and Usman Khan to post a commanding 198.
