Virat Kohli to make his Test return, discussions active A sensational recent report claims that former Indian captain Virat Kohli might make his return to Test cricket soon, thus nullifying the retirement decision he made last year. The report further claimed that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will likely be making a request to the cricketer regarding the same. As stated by prominent YouTuber Rohit Juglan, there have been discussions over the possibility of Kohli returning to the format. The legendary Indian cricketer announced his retirement after undergoing one of the worst phases of his Test career. In his final Test series before retirement in Australia, Kohli aggregated just 190 runs in nine innings at a substandard average of 23.75. Notably, Kohli listed 100* of those runs in a single innings of the series-opener at the Optus Stadium in Perth. With Virat Kohli in the team, India also lost its preceding home Test series against New Zealand by a historic 0-3 margin.
