Hardik Pandya was on a high after winning his second T20 World Cup earlier this year. However, the season didn’t pan out the way they had thought. The MI franchise just couldn’t string together enough wins to stay in contention for the playoffs. They won a game and then lost 2-3 games in a row and, hence, became the second team to be eliminated from the race for the playoffs. Despite winning against Punjab, MI are in 9th spot with 4 wins from 12 games and 8 points to their name. Also Read: Pakistan Predicted Playing XI vs Bangladesh- 2nd Test, PAK tour of BAN 2026
