This is it from the live coverage. Hope all of you have enjoyed it. Do join us tomorrow for the next CPL clash and keep on exploring OneCricket and Cricket Exchange for unreal cricketing experience. Until then, it's me Arjun Bhalla, signing off on the behalf of Anurag Dasgupta and Anurag Singh, from the commentary panel.
Kieron Pollard | Winning Captain: I am very pleased. We needed to bounce back. We lost by a couple of runs in the last game, you talk about small margins in T20 cricket. I wanted to give myself some time and try to capitalise. With Seifert coming in, it changed the momentum for us. We knew they would come hard in the powerplay, so it was all about managing that.
Faf du Plessis | Losing Captain: I think we lost in the last five overs of the first innings. We played really well up until the last three overs. It was not easy to score off, especially off spinners. Polly hung in there till the end and then got the bowling. We tried to follow the same blueprint but the asking rate climbed up too much. Williams bowled from the other end, didn't play the previous game but came back well.
Kieron Pollard | Man of the MatchSometimes you have to take initiative. I knew if I go in early, I could make a difference. Seifert came in and carried forward the confidence from the last game.
Kieron Pollard is the Player of the Match.
A 78-run partnership for the fifth wicket, between KP and Siefertset the tone for Trinbago Knight Riders in the first innings and they kept the momentum going in the second half of the match as well. As the target of 158 runs turned out to be huge for the Kings as they went down by 27 runs.

The Kieron Pollard-led team began the second innings with Seales and Rampaul, however, it was Isuru Udana who nailed a yorker on Cornwall’s leg stump. The spinner twins of Narine and Hosein webbed a trap around the Kings middle order, as they removed Captain Faf and Chase. In their eight combined overs, the duo just conceded 28 runs and bowled 26 dot deliveries, apart from getting hit for just one boundary.

The spinners dished the game on platter for the Knights, when they needed their quota. Rampaul put icing on the cake, took two wickets on two balls, including one of the golden boy - Tim David. Andre Fletcher played a lone hand from one end, while wickets kept tumbling on the other end. The Spiceman notched an unbeaten 81 off 55 balls with the team total ending on 131/7, hinting that if one more batter could have stood up, things would have been different for the Kings.

Having said that, one should really stand up and applaud this one-sided play by Trinbago Knight Riders, who literally have thrashed St Lucia Kings, to take the day before yesterday’s revenge.

That is it. Trinbago Knight Riders have scored two more points on the table. Now they have won two from four games. And this 27-run victory surely would boost the defending champion's net run-rate by a mile.

19.6 I Udana to A Fletcher
6 SIXX!! Spiceman finishes the match with a six but the Kings fall short by 27 runs. Overpitched in the arc of Fletcher who charges and whacks it deep into the long on stands for a maximum.
19.5 I Udana to A Joseph
1 Pitched up in the middle, Joseph steers the slower one down the ground and exchanges strike.
