(On the bowling effort) That was exactly what we discussed after the previous match, that we had conceded too many runs. In today's game, everyone executed the plans really well. I'm especially happy with Mayank, who conceded just 13 runs in his four overs. It feels great, and above all, we're happy to have won the match.
(About the approach on the chase) The plan was that every batter who went in should spend a couple of balls getting set because it was a very good batting wicket. After that, we wanted to maintain a healthy run rate, finish the game strongly, collect the full points, and improve our net run rate as well. That was the idea. Finishing the match in the 18th over feels really good.
(On being the defending champions) It definitely gives us a lot more confidence, sir, and it's a huge source of motivation. More than pressure, I think it's a responsibility. Everyone in our team enjoys playing with that responsibility."
