That wraps up our coverage of this game. Do switch tabs to follow the live-action of the men's fixture between these two franchises. This is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Dev Rajawat and scorer Zeeshan Naiyer. Bye bye.
Jemimah Rodrigues (Hero of the Match): (On guiding the team to victory in the chase) "I'm very happy that the team won. I thought our bowlers were outstanding in the first innings. They held their nerve really well under pressure, especially when the opposition started coming hard at us, but we stuck to our plans. With the bat, it wasn't the prettiest innings from me. It was a bit ugly, but it was effective. At the end of the day, that's all that matters because the team won.

(On batting in the conditions) I felt it was a good batting pitch. A few balls held in the surface and were a bit tricky, but I also felt I wasn't timing the ball as well as I would have liked. On days like that, it's important to stay out there, build a partnership, and contribute in any way you can. Sophie Molineux came in and played a really impactful innings, while Grewcock ran brilliantly between the wickets. That's what teammates are for - everyone contributes, and together we found a way to win.

(On the team's confidence after two consecutive wins) I think one of the best things about this team is how calm everyone has been, even before the tournament started. In a long competition, there will always be ups and downs, but I'm confident this group will stay the same. We'll remain calm, stick to our plans, keep things simple, enjoy our cricket, and hopefully continue building on this momentum."

6:23 PM IST, 1:53 PM Local Time: That's it. Southern Brave emerge victorious in this close contest here at Headingley. They beat Sunrisers Leeds by five wickets with four balls to spare and make it two wins in a row. The Sunrisers fought hard but they fail to defend the total and suffer their first loss of Women's Hundred 2026.

Chasing 117, Maia Bouchier (2) was cleaned up inside the powerplay. Laura Wolvaardt failed to make an impact as she departed on nine. Lizelle Lee at the top of the order didn't look at her fluent best and she was knocked over on 18 by Cassidy McCarthy. Jemimah Rodrigues joined hands with her skipper Sophie Molineux and steadied the ship.

Both Jemimah and Molineux kept ticking the scoreboard and added 35 for fourth wicket before Molineux was sent back by Jess Jonassen on 21. Jemimah shifted gears nicely and was well-supported by Jodie Grewcock who played a handy knock of 13 before falling in the penultimate over.

Jemimah kept her cool and remained unbeaten on 42 along with Naomi Dattani (3*), helping the Brave side get across the line with five wickets in hand and with four balls to spare. For the Sunrisers, Cassidy McCarthy bowled with a lot of heart and registered figures of 2/14 from her four sets but it wasn't enough as they failed to defend the total.

Earlier, Sunrisers Leeds were asked to bat first and they lost Jess Jonassen (0) and Phoebe Litchfield (8) cheaply. Annabel Sutherland joined Bryony Smith who played beautifully at the top of the order. Both put 56 between them before Sutherland (22) fell on the 64th ball. It opened the door for the Brave side.

Skipper Danielle Gibson (1), Smith (48) and Lauren Winfield-Hill (0) were dismissed in a quick succession. Deepti Sharma at seven played a fine knock of 15-ball 23 but a flurry of wickets in the final phase meant that the Sunrisers got bundled out on 116 in 100 balls.

For Brave, Isabelle Wong bowled beautifully and picked up three wickets, conceding only 15 runs in her 20 balls. Tilly Corteen-Coleman (2/25) was also impressive as they completed a good bowling performance before their batters stepped up and chased down the total.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentation.

4 FOUR!!! JEMIMAH RODRIGUES FINISHES IT OFF!! Round the wicket. Full and outside off. Jemimah switches her stance and gets down. Rolls her wrists and uses the pace of the bowler. Reverse-sweeps it to the right of the keeper. The short third fielder tries to chase it down, but the ball wins the race and goes over the ropes for a boundary. Jemimah hung back and battled around to take her team home in the end. THE SOUTHERN BRAVE WOMEN HAVE DEFEATED SUNRISERS LEEDS WOMEN BY 5 WICKETS!!
Southern Brave require 4 runs from 5 balls. Jess Jonassen to bowl the final set. Can she defend it for the Sunrisers?
