Bjorn Fortuin (South Africa Captain): "(Quick bounce back from them) Yeah, very nice to bounce back. Obviously, with a quick turnaround, there wasn't a lot of time to sort of dwell on the loss. It was just nice to be back out there and nice to see the boys bounce back.
(On Maphaka and Bosch) Yeah, they certainly did well in their part. They assessed the conditions perfectly and adapted their skillsets accordingly. I am very proud of the way they came into the side and made a great impact today.
(On Brevis' innings) Unbelievable. He is probably one of the best hitters of the cricket ball I have seen in a very long time. Hopefully, I can keep staying on his team. It's so nice to see guys express themselves on the field and hopefully they can keep going from strength to strength.
(On getting a couple of days off) Yeah, it does help us especially physically more than anything. Going into the business end of the series, there are certain areas that we would like to improve. Hopefully we can use these couple of days to gather our minds and come back stronger."

Sikandar Raza (Zimbabwe Captain): "(Tough start to the Tri-Series) Ya, you can say that. When we were batting, I feel we were maybe 15 runs short. That is down to how the middle order batted. When they came out to bat and with the way they batted, I don't think so 15 more runs would have mattered. We didn't really bowl as well as we should and I just think all departments didn't compliment one another. So, we have had enough information. Hopefully from the next game we can come out and play as a better unit.
(Key positives to takeaway from this game?) Well, the powerplay batting was really good and also the finishing touches were really good. I feel those two we can certainly tick off. Maru (Marumani) and Wessly stitched together a good little partnership and also Brian and BC (Ben Curran) batted really well at the top. It's the in-between parts where we got it wrong. People might look at the figures but there were a lot of boundaries that went through edges as well. I thought our seamers bowled well. Also, you can't find luck. That was also a positive part of that. We will build of that."
