We had to take pace off the ball and executed it and the fielders were up for it. Happy with this big win. Similar surface to Paarl and we made them hit across the line and hit to the bigger side and across the line. Faf du Plessis (Royal Challengers Bangalore Captain): "It's really good for NRR. I think it was a really difficult pitch. Even early on in the powerplay, the ball was keeping very low. So, we thought 160 would be a good total. It's really important in T20 cricket to try and capitalize on the momentum shifts. It was remarkable other guys enjoyed and got wickets.

Bracewell would want to bowl here every day of the week. We needed a left-arm spinner and Shahbaz could have also been a good option. It's a nice thing when you have a finger spinner on this surface. The next game is a big game for us. We needed some confidence and today was a good day for the team. Everyone would be extremely motivated for the last two games"
