The One-Day cup returns on the 17th of October. South Australia will take on Queensland at the Karen Rolton Oval in Adelaide. Live action will start at 5 AM IST, 10 AM Local Time. Do join us without fail!
Queensland get off the mark with a famous win. This will give them confidence not only because they got over the line but also because they defended a target after previously not being able to defend 335 and 358.

Western Australia will wonder where they messed that up. It was in their hands, but the middle order simply could not apply themselves and things went down badly.
Player of the Match: Hugh Weibgen
6:36 PM IST, 9:06 PM Local Time: Queensland win by 15 runs! This has been a superb bowling performance from the visitors. They were nowhere in the picture when the hosts were going strong at 147/1. However, they hung on, found a way to take wickets and eventually eked out a special win. After failing to defend 335 and 358 in their previous two games, Queensland have made a strong statement by defending 261.
Western Australia won the toss and elected to bowl first. They had two early wickets but Hugh Weibgen with a stunning 103 and Hugo Burdon with his contribution of 67 set the platform for Queensland to go big. However, the hosts pulled back the reigns and triggered a collapse with some immaculate short stuff to fold the Queensland innings for just 261 in 45.2 overs. Kieran Elliott and Brody Couch accounted for three wickets each and were the standout bowlers.
Western Australia took a leaf out of Queensland's book, and they too messed up a fabulous start. Mitch Marsh (36), Joel Curtis (63) and Sam Whiteman (40) set the tone early in the chase and had their side going strong at 147/1. However, silly errors including two run outs formed a terrible middle order collapse. Only Ashton Turner with his 58 had some response to the chaos but Queensland were up to the task and systematically bounced out the tail around him. Western Australia eventually fell 15 runs short as they folded for 246. Hayden Kerr struck thrice while Tom Straker and Tom Whitney supported him by taking two wickets each.
