(On winning this game) I think this win was very crucial for us because the knockouts are approaching. It was almost a do-or-die situation for us in this match. So, as a captain, I'm very happy. But there were a few areas, particularly in our bowling unit in the first innings, where I felt we could have done better. We'll try to improve those things in the next match.
(On his knock) I think I always try to keep believing in myself towards the end and play the percentage shots. This is a wicket where chasing is quite good, so I trusted the wicket and backed my own potential.
(On his running between the wickets) Yes, sir. That was a tactical move. It made things much easier for us. We needed 18 runs in the last over, so I thought it was important to keep rotating the strike and make sure the pressure didn't build up."
