That will be the end of our coverage for this game. Do switch tabs as the men's fixture between the Manchester Originals and the Trent Rockets isn't far away. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Soumarya Dutta and scorer Raju Khariya. Ta ta. Bye bye.
Lauren Filer (Player of the Match): "It was a such a good team performance. Pretty happy to get the win.
The wicket was a bit slow than the last game. We thought it was a good total on this surface at the halfway mark of this match.
The plan was simple. Just do the simple things right and back ourselves while on the field. Happy with the win."

22:09 IST and 17:39 Local Time- The Manchester Originals have managed to win by the barest of margins as they've pulled off this game by just 1 run. Kathryn Bryce held her nerve in the end and managed to defend 13 runs from the final over. The superb batting efforts from Sciver-Brunt and Gardner couldn't pay off in the end as they lost the latter with just two balls remaining in the innings.
The Trent Rockets started off with a bang as the likes of Wraith and Scrivens got the scoreboard moving with a flurry of boundaries. However they lost a few wickets and that jolted their progress as the run rate went down. Lauren Filer used her raw pace well and she picked up two wickets upfront to set the stage for the Originals.
The fightback was started by the skipper Nat Sciver-Brunt and Ashleigh Gardner. The pair took their time initially as Gardner played second fiddle. But once they went past the halfway mark of the innings, Nat Sciver-Brunt started to accelerate and the game was back in their grasp. The equation kept fluctuating but Originals were feeling the heat as the partnership kept growing.
The Trent Rockets continued to accumulate the runs and they kept themselves in the game. The game went down to the wire as the Originals failed to pick up any wickets. They decided to take the Time-Out with just four overs remaining. The likes of Kim Garth and Lauren Monaghan were really expensive.

2 Drilled and straight to deep mid wicket. The batters manage to get only two runs and that won't be enough as the Trent Rockets Women fall short agonizingly short by a single run. Nat Sciver-Brunt is disappointed on not finding the fence. Her opposite number Ecclestone is delighted as they get on board in this season of the Hundred. Coming to the ball, this was a fuller delivery on the stumps and Sciver-Brunt slogs it in front of square in the leg side. Finds Morris at deep mid wicket who stops it cleanly and keeps it to two.
Four runs needed from the final ball of the innings! Nerve-Wrecking finish.
99b K Bryce to H Graham
1 A slower delivery on a length well outside off, Graham hits it through the line towards long off for a single. Brings Nat Sciver-Brunt back on strike and the Rockets Women require 4 from the final ball.
