Shahrukh Khan(Lyca Kovai Kings Captain): " I think that was the plan when we sat at the auction, we wanted the players who can be calm in pressure situations and not think too much about the cricket. Yeah, cricket has to be thought in the room but not every time, our target was not this, we will achieve what we want in the year 2025.

But this is what we wanted as a team, very rare to get such management they have trusted me by closing their eyes. I would have said this even if we would have not won this game. Arun Karthik( Nellai Royal Kings Captain):" We have done everything better tonight but luck is not in our favor. Sometimes back to back games is hard and the boys did not recover for tonight's game as I say. I don't want to give any excuses, Sandeep Warrier gave us a good start but hats off to Lyca Kovai. Mukilesh played well and my hometown boy Atheeq came and played well in the final also and credit goes to Shahrukh who led the side well.
The 5 boundaries that Rithik Easwaran hit in one over were the highlight for me personally and also the 100 by Ajitesh against a strong Lyca side. There are lots of moments but I will pick these two. We don't have much experience but I keep telling them that you are the future superstars. I dedicate this runners-up trophy to V.B. Chandrasekhar, this is his team, had we won tonight would have been great but he would be watching from up above and would have said well done da Kanna."

G Ajitesh(Player of the tournament): "It was a good tournament for me, but really disappointed that we failed to win today. We failed to build a partnership in the middle overs. Yeah, I just work on my weaknesses and keep improving. The team atmosphere is really good, and we have been gelling really well, just one bad game but we will come back stronger."
