A commanding performance by Leicestershire Foxes. Chasing a below-par total on a fairly good wicket to bat on and a job done easily by their batsman. Foxes lost a couple of wickets at the start of the innings but Lilley and Welch played well and stitched a fabulous partnership. They put 101 together off 59 balls and end the match chasing 117 in just  12.1 overs. Dominating display and team performance throughout the match and got the job done against Worcestershire Rapids.

Cross bats it but is enough to clear the short extra covers fielder inside the circle. It trickles away for a boundary and it brings up the 100 partnership between these two as well. Leicestershire Foxes win by 8 wickets with 47 balls left.
