 Good night.
It's the end of a cracking and a high scoring match between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire here.
Batting first, depending upon a magnificient century from Chris Lynn and some tremendous hitting from James Neesham, Northamptonshire posted a huge 227 on the boards.
Now, chasing 227 in a T20match is never easy and seeing the target one may feel pressure. That is what exactly happened at the start of Leicestershire innings. They lost two wicketsearly but after that Colin Ackermann(33) and S Steel recovered with some hitting. Steel wasseen to anchor the innings on his way to 64 but that was not enough. Losing wicket at regular interval with runs requiring over 15 per over at a stage, appeared crucial for the batting team.
In the end, target remained too far as Leicestershire finished at 185, losing the game by 42 runs.
