Chasing 143 on a tricky wicket, the Kent openers didn't add much to the scorecard with Harry Finch and Daniel Bell-Drummond falling to Tom Taylor and Ben Allison respectively. Allison wasn't done yet as he castled Sam Billings with a corker just two balls after dismissing Bell-Drummond. There was a mini partnership after that as Zak Crawley and Joe Denly ensured Kent didn't lose any more wickets in the Powerplay.
The partnership wasn't allowed to grow with Sikandar Raza trapping Joe Denly in the seventh over while Usama Mir had Crawley behind off a cracking leg-break. There was no good period at all for Kent with Tom Rogers holing out to long-off to become Raza's second scalp while Jake Lintott was also run-out soon after. Mir then trapped Chris Benjamin right in front which turned out to be the final nail in the coffin. Worcestershire skipper, Adam Hose brought Brett D'Oliveira into the attack and he also struck by sending back Grant Stewart. Eventually, Keith Dudgeon was run-out in a funny way by Henry Cullen as Kent were bowled out for just 59 to hand-over an 83-run victory to the hosts!

This is when Worcestershire skipper, Adam Hose and Sikandar Raza came in to make a match-changing partnership. Hose wasn't as positive as Raza with the Zimbabwean scoring in various parts of the ground to help the team get a move on.
The pair put on a 68-run stand before Milnes castled Raza with an in-swinger in the 17th over but not before the all-rounder had made 43 (31). Matthew Waite also chipped in with a handy 17 (11) before Milnes got the better of him in the penultimate over.
