That is it from this comm box. This was Arjun Bhalla and Kingshuk Kusari. Do stay tuned to OneCricket and Cricket Exchange for the coverage of a lot more matches as a lot of cricketing action follows up, later in the day and beyond..!!
Rovman PowellThe guys set it up well in the powerplay. It was a pretty good game from the guys. I think we find a little loophole in the Kings in the powerplay and in the backend. Imad will leave a big void and don't think we can fill that. But we still have good guys on the bench.
Faf du Plessis: We didn't start well. There was some incredible hitting but we didn't hit our lengths. When someone gets 200 plus, it was always going to be tough. Good cricketing wicket though. Lot of catches being dropped surprises. Some of the catches should have been taken. Disappointed that we lost by so many runs. With a big total, someone needed to get 70 or 90 plus. Our next two games are day games and we favour that.
Kennar Lewis, Man of the Match: I just stick to my basics and try to maximize during the powerplay. Behind the wickets, I can advise the bowlers if it is spinning or not.
Kennar Lewis gets the Man of the Match award.

And with that wicket, the Tallawahs make it two in two against Faf du Plessis’ St Lucia Kings. The pressure of chasing 212 runs got the better of the Team in Blue.

They began the second innings when his onslaught hit, courtesy of Fletcher’s early flourish. The speciman went behind the Jamaican bowlers from the word but Imad Wasim drew the first blood in skip Faf, before his thrashing. The Grenadian continued his thrashing for another over, before Russell did him on 30 off 13 balls.

After the openers fell, Deyal and Chase took the assault on. The duo continued the hitting and went after everyone as they stemmed a jaw-dropping 66-run partnership, before Remember the Name - Carlos Braithwaite came into the picture. The Big CB took two wickets in two balls as he removed both set batters.

St Lucia could never revive from there. Samit Patel, Tim David, David Weise tried their hand in the middle but the pressure got the better of them as the lower-middle order and the lower order dropped like a castle of cards. And the innings that started well has been wrapped up in 18.1 overs as Jamaica Tallawahs win by 55 runs.

18.1 A Russell to J Royal
W Caught! Game over for St Lucia Kings. Royal holes out mid wicket trying to hit one out of the park. Slower ball on the full length. Royal feels that this one's there to be hit, but cannot get enough of it.

An innings that started well has been wrapped up in 18.1 overs. Jamaica win by 55 runs.
